Ariana Townsend

I have been writing for as long as I could form letters with a pencil and telling stories even before then.  I believe transferring emotion is the highest form of the written word and often aim to build empathy in my readers using whatever medium or genre I am given to work with.

I am currently writing a historical fantasy series based in 16th century Ukraine where much of my family originates from. I am deeply enjoying the work related to researching that project and adapting local folklore to my tale.

 

I also enjoy hiking, hula hoop dancing, knitting, and performing stories for my three children.
