A Brief Interview with Ariana Townsend
How do you define success?
When collaborating on a project, I know I am successfully moving the work forward when the energy is higher after my contribution than beforehand. I am willing to continue to revise or provide feedback until that "Aha!" moment strikes and we've aligned our vision for the completed work.

How do you handle stress, pressure, and deadlines?
I thrive in high-pressure environments. I find nothing sparks my creativity more than a ticking clock. I have learned to create this atmosphere for myself without procrastinating by creating several mini-deadlines so the urgency is there without the risk of turning in a project late.

What is your greatest weakness?
I love stories in all forms: writing them, telling them, hearing them; thus, I am a true chatterbox. If there are time constraints on a meeting, I will definitely require an outline of necessary information to exchange so I can focus on the topics that need to be discussed. This will help keep me on track and prevent the meeting from running overtime. If you love sharing your stories, book extra time and let's have a conversation!
